Office & Centralized Shredding
We also offer several models of conveyor-fed light duty shredders. These sturdy machines suit centralized office shredding. Light duty models include a 16-inch wide feed throat, a feed table, and hardened saw-tooth cutters. Motors range from 3 to 10 HP three-phase with a heavy-duty gearbox and drive.
Light duty shredders handle up to 1,200 lbs. per hour at up to 180 sheets per pass. Both strip-cut and cross-cut versions are available.
Recycling & Document Destruction
Medium duty conveyor-fed shredders fit recycling and document destruction operations well. Each machine includes a 20-inch wide feed throat, a feed table, and hardened saw-tooth cutters. Motors range from 15 to 40 HP three-phase, backed by a heavy-duty gearbox and drive.
These machines handle up to 3 tons per hour at up to 475 sheets per pass. In addition, you can equip them with a cart dumper, discharge conveyor, and baler to maximize processing efficiency.
High-Volume Document Destruction
Heavy duty industrial shredders handle high-volume document destruction. They maximize your shredding operation’s efficiency and deliver years of reliable performance. Recent design improvements to the drive, feed system, and other features also minimize maintenance.
These shredders become even more powerful as part of a system. For example, pair one with a cart dumper, a paper metering system, a discharge conveyor, and an auto-tie baler. That combination can process over 500 tons per month with minimal labor.

Need a versatile “dump and run” shredder? Rotary grinders feature an automatically controlled process ram that virtually prevents jamming and cleans itself. This single-shaft design stands out for its universal capability across different waste materials.
The same basic machine processes plastics such as extruder purgings, reject parts, trim scrap, baled or loose film, and synthetic fiber. Beyond plastics, it also handles cardboard, paper, medical waste, carpet, pallets, and wood.
Bulk Size Reduction
Pierce-and-tear shredders are the ideal solution for bulk reduction. They handle corrugated, paperboard, pallets, fiberglass molds, and other industrial scrap. The patented pierce-and-tear action pulls material into the shredding wheels and tears it apart.

We carry shredders and crushers built specifically for e-waste. Options range from magnetic degaussers to simple presses to high-volume shredders. These machines physically destroy hard drives, disks, CDs, DVDs, and other media. Consequently, your data is completely destroyed while the metals stay recoverable.
Plastics Recycling
We also offer heavy-duty granulators designed for high-capacity plastic recycling. These granulators suit applications like heavy extruded purgings, sheet and pipe scrap, X-ray film, post-consumer baled bottles, film, and fibers. Models range from small units handling a few hundred pounds per hour to large centralized machines.
